Terms of Service

Dreammee ("we", "us") creates personalized cinematic AI videos. By placing an order or using dreammee.com you agree to these Terms.

A one-off, AI-generated video produced from the photos, voice sample, and written description you provide. We deliver within 24 hours of receipt of payment and full inputs. One free revision is included.

You confirm that every person depicted in the photos and voice samples you upload is either you, or someone who has given you explicit permission to use their likeness for this purpose. You retain ownership of the inputs you upload and of the final video we deliver to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use those inputs solely to create and deliver your video.

We refuse and will refund any order intended to depict: minors in non-family contexts, identifiable third parties without consent, sexual content, illegal acts, harassment, impersonation of public figures, deepfakes intended to deceive, or anything that violates applicable laws.

Orders are $49 USD, charged via Stripe at checkout. By paying, you authorize us to begin producing your video immediately, which means refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or use the delivered video to harass, defame, impersonate, or deceive any person. You will not use the service to violate anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

AI-generated video may contain artifacts and is not a perfect likeness. We deliver the best version we can produce; we don't guarantee any specific psychological, emotional, or life outcome. The service is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.

We may refuse or terminate any order that violates these Terms; in that case we will refund you in full unless you've materially breached them.
