Refund Policy

The short version

Every order includes one free revision. If you're still unhappy after the revision, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your $49.

Full refund - automatic

  • We didn't deliver your video within 72 hours of receiving payment and inputs.
  • We refused to make your video for content/safety reasons.
  • The order was duplicated, fraudulent, or paid by mistake.

Full refund - on request

You request a refund within 14 days of delivery and one of the following is true:
  • The video clearly does not match the brief you submitted, and a revision did not fix it.
  • There are major rendering issues (corrupt file, unwatchable artifacts).

What's not refundable

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after the included revision has been delivered and accepted.
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Orders where you provided photos/voice you didn't have permission to use.

How to request

Email hello@dreammee.com from the address you ordered with, include your order ID, and tell us what didn't work. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
