Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account & order: your email address, the answers you give in the chat, and your video selections.
  • Payment: Stripe processes your card; we never see or store your card number.
  • Uploads: photos and (optionally) a voice sample, used only to generate your video.
  • Basic technical logs (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To produce and deliver your video, communicate about your order, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos or voice to train AI models.

3. AI processing

Generating your video involves AI models. Inputs (photos, voice, prompt) are sent to those models solely to render your output. We work with providers that contractually do not use your inputs to train their models.

4. Storage & retention

Photos and voice samples are stored encrypted and deleted within 30 days after delivery (or immediately on your written request - email hello@dreammee.com). Order metadata (email, order ID, delivery timestamps) is retained for accounting and customer support, typically up to 7 years as required by tax law.

5. Sharing

With the AI providers that render your video, with Stripe for payment, with our email/storage providers, and where required by law. We do not share your data for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing hello@dreammee.com. If you're in the EEA/UK, you have rights under GDPR; if you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We honor them.

7. Children

Dreammee is not for users under 16. Don't upload photos of children unless they are your own family and you've decided it's appropriate to include them in a private video for yourself.
